Job Description: The Production Supervisor manages the day-to-day activities on the factory floor. They are responsible for ensuring that production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and operations run efficiently in line with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the production team and ensure that work is carried out according to schedule. Monitor the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards. Ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently. Coordinate between different departments, such as engineering and supply chain. Address and resolve any production issues or delays.
