Job Description: As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end bid process for Datamatics. You will work closely with the sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to produce competitive and high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation, review, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and other bids. Develop and maintain a proposal library of pre-written materials, templates, and data. Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to ensure proposals align with customer needs. Ensure all proposals comply with legal, financial, and technical requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs. Track proposal deadlines and ensure timely submission.
