The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business process knowledge, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with development teams to design and deliver IT solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations. Provide training and support to end-users during and after solution deployment. Monitor project progress and communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations.
